Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to secure or purchase tickets using the passwords we provide. This is due to the uncertain nature of ticket supply/availability that widely varies from event to event – especially for high demand shows. Therefore, we do not offer refunds if you are unable to get tickets (or the tickets you wanted) – as that is beyond our control. However, we DO guarantee that the password we provide will be valid and work, or your money back!
They do, in that you will be able to purchase tickets in advance during a special pre-sale. However, keep in mind there may be other presales that take place prior to this one (i.e. fan club presales). This may result in limited to no inventory being available during the presale you purchased a password for. This is an inevitable risk when it comes to presales, but most find it to be quite worth it for that possible chance of scoring (hopefully awesome) tickets before everyone else! In addition, PLEASE be aware that your timeliness, typing speed, internet connection, etc. may also greatly affect the quality of seats you are able to obtain.
You will receive an e-mail to your Paypal e-mail address within a few minutes after you’ve completed payment. NOTE: Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder as well. Inside, you will find a unique URL to access the password you purchased! If the e-mail never arrives after waiting at least 5-10 minutes, please be sure to Contact Us FIRST prior to filing a dispute – as we can quickly just re-send it manually.
No returns/refunds are allowed, due to the reasons mentioned above as well as the sensitive nature of digital products. The ONLY case in which a refund will be issued is if the password we provided was invalid/expired and – therefore – did not work (when entered correctly) OR if we can verify you never received your password or received it late (after the presale already began) due to an issue on our end. If you have any issues entering/submitting your password, please be sure to Contact Us FIRST prior to filing a dispute – as it’s usually an event-specific issue (i.e. the presale hasn’t started or has ended, or the event did not hold a presale at all or THAT specific presale).
