What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?

No returns/refunds are allowed, due to the reasons mentioned above as well as the sensitive nature of digital products. The ONLY case in which a refund will be issued is if the password we provided was invalid/expired and – therefore – did not work (when entered correctly) OR if we can verify you never received your password or received it late (after the presale already began) due to an issue on our end. If you have any issues entering/submitting your password, please be sure to Contact Us FIRST prior to filing a dispute – as it’s usually an event-specific issue (i.e. the presale hasn’t started or has ended, or the event did not hold a presale at all or THAT specific presale).
